Learn - We are learning to write a narrative writing.
Prompt - “.... but I didn’t understand the instructions”
Story/Narrative:
“Mr, but I didn’t understand the instructions because she kept talking to me!”.
“Well move away from her!” Mr Bean said. So I moved away from her.
Just as Mr Bean started explaining the instructions to me, Mei started to distract me.
When Mei finished talking, Mr Bean stopped & he said “Everybody understand?”.
In my mind, I said no because I knew he would’ve got angry so I went around asking students
if they listened and I finally came across somebody who listened & knew.
She explained it all and she said we’re playing octopus.
“Well move away from her!” Mr Bean said. So I moved away from her.

As soon as he said that we all raised our hands. But Mr Bean chose Me, Mei, Trina, Laki, Beni & Stella.
Then we went into our places and then Mr Bean shouted “octopus!”.
Everybody waited for the countdown and they all ran.
Not that many people got tagged because there were too many
people running at the same time and it was too crowded to tag them at the same time.
